3 or FREE tool repair time promise in Metro Manila

We have relaunched the 3 or free Hilti tool service time promise in Metro Manila. This program will give the best repair experience that you can possibly get as an effect of fast tool repair turnaround time.

With this initiative, we are committing to a tool repair time promise that is to repair and return your Hilti tool within 3 working days from the receipt of the request made through any of the following channels:

  1. Via a phone call with Hilti Customer Service team
  2. Accomplished Easy Pick-Up (EPU) form via e-mail to Hilti Customer Service team; and
  3. Requests made via the Hilti hotline. Daily cut-off of receiving tool repair requests for same day start of time promise is 12:00PM

If we fail this time promise, your repair will be free of charge!

With your consent through a preapproval form, we can start repairing your tool as soon as we receive it without the significant delays. By pre-approving charged repairs up to the tool-specific Repair Cost Limit, your charged/paid tool repair transaction will qualify for possible waiver of the tool repair charges in case we fail the time promise.

Express Repair Service: Our Solution to Better Productivity

To further deliver market differentiation that will enhance your experience and significantly reduce the repair cycle significantly, we are pleased to inform you that we have launched the repair while you wait initiative “Express Repair Service” at our tool service center.

With this initiative, you can bring your tools for repair where you will have the option to wait at our assigned customer waiting lounge while your tool is being repaired in priority by our globally competitive repair technicians. The Express Repair Time Promise is 1 hour repair per tool!
