Hilti has published technical data for RE 500 V3 on installation of threaded rods, through diamond coring, with large holes of up to 1.5 times the diameter. Would the published technical data be also applicable for rebar dowel designed based on external loads or rebar as anchor?
This is considering that the concrete condition is uncracked for which RE 500 V3 has approval for combination of this condition with diamond coring.

The characteristic bond strength is indicated in the document in uncracked concrete for core drilled holes. This data may be used to manually calculate the resistance in design for load concrete to concrete connections.
