Just want to ask why is it that the cpd points from the seminar you provided which I attended last December 20, 2024 its not yet credited on my CPDAS account until now?

I have attended a seminar provided by you about Anchoring to Concrete based on NSCP 7th Edition last December 20, 2024 11:00 AM and already received a certificate on the same day. But when I check my CPDAS account, It is still not credited yet as of now.

Cpd points,CPD points not creadited yet on CPDAS
