Hi LJ. Thanks for reaching out. HDI and HDI-L drop-in anchors currently do not have seismic approval. You may consider other seismic approved post installed anchors below.
Mechanical Anchors: HST4-R, HST3, HSL4 and HDA.
Chemical Anchors: RE500v3 + HAS Rod, HY200v3 + HAS Rod & HVU2 + HAS-U Rod

Is hilti dropin hdi-p tz and hdi tz in compliance with IBC?
