- When is my order ready for collection?
Goods will only be available for collection 2 hours after order is created, granted there are no issues with your account. You may reach out to your Account Manager to check.
Order cut off time is at 4pm, Mon-Fri, for same day collection.
- What happens if I am unable to pick up my order within 24 hours?
The order will be cancelled and a new order via Customer Service or the website should be created.
- Can I pay for my order at the warehouse?
Payments will not be accepted at the warehouse. Policy on terms, COD, or credit card payments must be followed.
