Warehouse pick-up is an express service we provide to support you and make our products readily available so you can improve your productivity. Not only does it enable immediate item availability but this express service allows you to use your own trucks and resources to pick-up the items in our warehouse in lieu of our next day deliveries.
With our endeavor to ensure consistency of this express service, effective August 1, we will implement Handling Charges of PHP 350 (excl. VAT) to all customer pick-up request so as to allow Hilti resources and time to better manage and prepare your orders, and ensure timely issuance of your pick-up request which will then lead to higher jobsite productivity!
The next day delivery option we will continue to maintain with the same Shipping Fee charges so you can choose which is a better service option for you.
