- Extra-long plastic wall plug – suitable for bridging thick layers of plaster up to 30 mm
- Suitable for hollow walls – forms a knot when set in hollow materials and double-clad drywall panels
- More reliable installation – Hilti HUD-L wall plugs are engineered to guide the screw with no breaking through or wandering out of the anchor body
- Easier to set – four-way tip expansion designed to minimise rotation and hold securely in the hole
- Takes industry-standard screws – you can use commercially available screws with these plastic anchors (sold separately, see technical data sheet for required screw size)

- Refurbishment work on thick layers of plaster and on double-clad plasterboard panels – e.g. battens, junction boxes, cables, light switches, lights, brackets, signs, shelves, plumbing fixtures, wall brackets etc.
